- The paid up capital of the company has not exceeded 25 crores rupees in any of the previous financial year.
- The company must have at least one full year audited financial statement, for immediately preceding financial year at the time of making listing application.
- At Least 25% of post listing capital shall be held by the promoters which shall have lock in period of 3 years from the date of listing.
- All specified securities of the SME shall be in dematerialised form.
